Anupam Kher portrayed Dr. Manmohan Singh, India's former Prime Minister, in the 2019 film The Accidental Prime Minister. The movie, directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte, is based on the memoir by Sanjaya Baru, who served as Singh's media advisor.
